A few things people usually want to know.
It depends on the package. Foundation (1–3 pages) typically takes 2–3 weeks. Thrive (4–7 pages) is 3–4 weeks. Shopify Storefront builds run 3–4 weeks. Refresh projects can move faster — usually 1–2 weeks depending on what's already there. Timelines start from the date your deposit is received and your intake survey is returned. Need it faster? That's really common and it's okay. We can build the structure and layout with placeholder content first, then swap in your real copy and photos as they're ready. If you need help writing copy, I can recommend some resources or we can talk through what you need during our consult. Just note that waiting on content can extend your timeline, the earlier you start gathering it, the smoother the build goes.
Absolutely! I work remotely with clients all over. The entire process works via video calls, email, and shared documents, so location doesn't matter at all. My current clients include businesses in Maine, Florida, and beyond. If you're in the Orlando area and want to meet in person for your consult, I'm happy to do that too.
You walk away with a site you own, on hosting you control. I'll do a full walkthrough so you understand how to make basic updates yourself. If you want ongoing support, you can choose from three maintenance plans: Anchor ($35/mo for hosting and backups), Tend ($50/mo with content updates), or Flourish ($100/mo with monthly business snapshots and a strategy call). There's a 3-month minimum on all plans, then month-to-month after that.
Yes. There are a few ways to do it. If you're on a maintenance plan and need mid-size work done (like adding new pages or refreshing a section), I offer an installment option where we split the cost over 2–3 months on your existing bill. For a full rebuild, active maintenance clients get 10% off any new build package. Just bring it up at your next check-in call or email me anytime.
The Cultivate plan is $175/month (6-month minimum) and is designed for businesses that need a professional web presence without a large upfront cost. It includes a custom single-page website, hosting, SSL, domain setup, minor monthly content updates, and a monthly check-in call. It's especially popular with food trucks, pop-ups, and first-time business owners. After 6 months you can upgrade to a full build or transition to a standard maintenance plan.
